Elaboration/construction

The technical elaboration of the construction happens with modern resources. We use Pro/Engineer and various other software packages for the import of surface data and for reverse engineering. This makes an efficient and exact method possible.

Design

You got a designer, but you want to think outside the box? We got what you were searching for. New ideas with innovative approaches out of an exciting branch. With our 3D strip light scanner are we able to digitize models and to do an exact surface reconstruction, like this you get exact the design u wanted.

TYROLIA TECHNOLOGY offers you tool and mold manufacture with modern equipment, highly qualified employees and CNC tool machines of the latest generation.
The tools are constructed with Pro/Engineer. The advantage is the universal data flow during the construction till the creation of the milling programs for the processing.
With the 5 axis milling machine is making complex geometries and tools in one go no problem. The advantage of this production is the high share of man less work and low machine hours.

With our ATOS CORE PROFESSIONAL LINE SYSTEM you got a High-End 3D-digitizer. This flexible optic measuring machine works like the human eye, where two cameras detect a planned stripe pattern.
The resulting point cloud is able to get processed into an area by our CAD-specialists.
